Is the review really free?
Yes, and there is no catch worth worrying about. We look at your books, tell you what is wrong, and quote to fix it. If you take that assessment to a different bookkeeper, that is genuinely fine — it is 20 minutes of our time against the chance of a long client relationship.
Will you need my bank login?
Never. We do not ask for online banking passwords, and you should refuse any bookkeeper who does. We work through limited-access users in your accounting software plus automated bank feeds, which you authorise directly with your bank.
My books are a genuine disaster. Is that embarrassing?
It is the most common situation we see, and it is usually the result of a business growing faster than its admin. Nobody here is judging — we would much rather see the real file than a tidied version that hides the actual problem.
What time zones do you cover?
We keep overlapping hours with US Eastern, UK and Australian mornings, and schedule calls in your local time. Everything is answered within one business day regardless of where you are.
What if I just have a question and don't want to hire anyone?
